Over 20 years experience in senior leadership roles (CEO, Director) in government and not for profit human service organisations.
Operates with strong value base which is reflected in her leadership style.
Worked extensively with vulnerable populations, including people with disability.
Particular expertise in change management and proud to lead Lighthouse Disability as a viable business in the NDIA.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer / General Manager, Service Delivery
Steve joined the organisation June 2014 and was appointed to his current role in January 2015.
Experienced in working with vulnerable children and young people (including disability) in 24/7 accommodation.
Strong focus on promoting client safety, happiness and a life well lived.
Committed to getting the best from service delivery staff and building a positive organisational culture.
Strong collaboration with key stakeholders (with special reference to families) internally and externally.
Manager, Workforce and Culture
Amanda joined the organisation in July 2011.
Qualifications: B Business (HRM) with distinction, Grad Cert. Applied Linguistics, Grad Cert. Employment Relations
Skilled in leading and managing human resources, industrial relations, work health and safety, return to work.
Particular expertise in value based recruitment and retention of front line workers.
Innovation re: improving employment conditions for all staff with specific reference to people for whom English is a second language.
Highly knowledgeable about implications of NDIA for staff training.
