What we do
The Services We Provide
Lighthouse Disability provides services and support to adults living with complex and diverse disabilities such as physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, and degenerative conditions. Our services include 24/7 supported accommodation and support to access and participate in a range of community activities.
At Lighthouse Disability, we recognise that every person is unique. We help people with a disability to identify what support is needed to achieve their individual goals, reach their full potential and to live a great life.
Using a Person Centred Approach, we work closely with the people we support, and their families, to understand what is special about, and important to, each person. We are committed to helping people identify the type of support and services that will make a difference and give each person greater choice and control in their life.
Over the years, we have demonstrated our commitment to improving outcomes for every person we support. Our experienced and qualified staff know that people living with disability may need a range of services which respond to their individual needs and that these needs can change over time. To ensure the best outcomes for the people we support, Lighthouse Disability engages with families and works in partnership with other service providers such as allied health staff, day programs, general practitioners and organisations that provide equipment.
If you would like more information about our services, please phone Lighthouse Disability 8256 9800 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist with your enquiry.
