A Support Coordinator works for you to assist you to get the most out of your NDIS plan and provide the best options for you.

What types of Support Coordination do Lighthouse Disability provide?
Lighthouse Disability provides two types of Support Coordination:
Coordination of Supports
For people to build skills so they can understand, implement and use their plan.
Specialist Support Coordination
For people whose situations are more complex and need specialist support.
